In the beginning I remember taking a selfie was – too me – a very teenage like thing to do. Now with all the apps and tweaks of filters and effects I must admit that the selfie picture is an artform like a portrait.
Some people take really good and creative selfies and I think as a graphic artist and art director it is absolutely crucial to understand the trends of all kind of expressions. A selfie is a personal statement with power and most important self esteem.
I think that the future will show more smartphones with better cameras ONLY to create better selfies. I use the Moldiv-app to build up my selfies. Be creative and do not be afraid to show the world your style and glace attitude or face!
Launch Of Rudolph Sun
Last night I was invited to the launch of Rudolph Care sun products. The event was held behind Magasin Kgs. Nytorv and was very original and relaxed. The founder of Rudolph Care Andrea Elisabeth Rudolph was there to welcome all of the invited guests. There was some funny creations with the products in small boxes of sand to illustrate some summertime scenarios which was very original and funny. As a huge surprise Martin Brygmann came and preformed to of his songs and even super star DJ Henrik Milling was there to get the party started. The goodie back was made as a shop where people could pick two products of their own choice. A very nice event and now I am summertime ready with the new Rudolph Sun products.
The Box
I totally forgot to show you what I got the other day from Zalando. I think shopping has become almost TO easy with the free shipping and return policy that Zalando is offering. I bought a new pair of sneakers from Supra a long sleeved t-shirt from Army Of Me with a very nice little detail and some sick drop crotch trousers from Delusion. Maybe I will wear it tonight? I am going to a special launch event… uuhhh!
A New Client
I am doing some new artwork for a new client. I visited my client last week and I can reveal that SHE is working as a true jeweler. I took some pictures of her temporary work space and how she makes some of her beautiful products. I will show the result of my work in the future.

Remember the Magasin gift certificate I got on my birthday from my brother and his lovely family.. well, that is okay. In a long time I have wanted a new bedcover but find the pricetags a little pricy for the one I like. But with the gift certificate the price “seemed” a little more realistic. So the other day I went to Magasin and bought the motherf.. I think on sunny monday like today the girly color of powder rose is all so sweet and summerish – yeah, I know #gay!
Almost Sunny Saturday
Saturday starts early in the weekends with the girls – also today. After the “morning food” we all agreed to drive to the Secret Playground once again. It is really a nice playground and the girls just LOVE being there.

The Pro Angels
Today my partner in crime Anders Aagaard and me did the last episode of Win Veltz In A Toyota Proace. The mission was easy: pick up table at Katja’s house and drive it to the junk yard for destruction. We started with a visit at the drive-in bakery in Vallensbæk for a x-large latté a bun with cheese and butter PLUS a huge danish pastry called rosenbrød (with chocolate glace on top.) Then we drove to Katja’s house to pick up the table for destruction. Katja’s house was very nice and especially the cellar stairs was unique with aluminium safety rails – wow! When we arrived at the junk yard we had to pick the right container for destruction. But before we went to the junk yard we stopped by a gaz station for more coffee but the machine was apparanetly doing a routine cleaning mechanism and NOT filling up a HUGE cup of tea (stupid me.) This was the last episode for now in the saga of Aagaard & Veltz aka The Pro Angels. Thanx a million for Toyota Denmark making this project a reality!

Yesterday I picked up Liva after school and together we drove to Mileparken where I had to do my radio show. Liva was SO sweet getting me hot chocolate every time my cup was empty. I think she had a good time even though the last hour of the show becomes as Liva said: ..it’s a little boring now dad”. Then we drove home and made rice pudding and everything became NOT so boring anymore.

Yesterday I shopped some VERY masculine products. An oil for my hair (I know #gay) and some new snag-free hair elastics – this time in latex (I know #gay.) I am VERY excited to test the hair elastics because they promise NOT to pull out any hairs (I know #gay.) Do NOT say that I am NOT living a rock’n’roll lifestile!

The Women In Stripes
After finishing of at the radio today I drove by Lauritz.com to list up two Magis Lyra chairs for an auction. I was surprised to see so many people and they where all kindda.. sorry to say older than me. A women with a tight black and white striped dress entertained the audience with jokes about many funny things that happens in the line of work as an employee at Lauritz.com. I was mutually entertained and was quite amased that this kind og tourguide show actually is happening at an auction house like Lauritz.com. I like. Now I will be waiting to see my chairs in action/auction.
