T\u00f8serne og jeg er helt vilde med dem, og Liva kan nu lave retten selv, n\u00e6sten da. Jeg er faktisk begyndt at k\u00f8be hele COOPs mexikanske serie og is\u00e6r tortilla&#8217;erne er KLART bedre end dem fra Santa Maria &#8211; bare min mening. Du kender helt sikker til at brune k\u00f8det og lave fyld, det eneste lille fif er at sk\u00e6re agurkerne lidt skr\u00e5t s\u00e5 de fylder mere i wrap&#8217;en og hvis du har et mandolinjern s\u00e5 lav dem lige p\u00e5 det, ca. 2mm &#8211; fedt! Majs&#8217;ne steger jeg i rapsolie for at de popper mere og bliver godt fedtet. Efter ca. 10 min. med h\u00f8j varme tils\u00e6tter jeg Lurpak sm\u00f8r og n\u00e5r det har sat sig og er godt fordelt, drysser jeg cheddar i strimler ud over og lader det smelte lige op til servering. Rapsolien sikrer at det ikke fedter sammen lissom sm\u00f8ret. Det er det bedste fyld EVER til din tortilla og ungerne ELSKER det &#8211; trust me, herhjemme bliver sk\u00e5len spist op til sidst s\u00e5 den er T-O-M!
