N&oslash;glen til v&aelig;gttab ligger selvf&oslash;lgelig i at have styr p&aring; sin m&aelig;ngde daglige kalorier, v&aelig;rende dem man indtager kontra dem man forbr&aelig;nder. Og det er jo ret simpelt, for man skal forbr&aelig;nde mere end man indtager for at opn&aring; et v&aelig;gttab &#8211; it&#8217;s that simple! Det der bare <em>ikke<\/em> er s&aring; simpelt, er at holde styr p&aring; hvor mange kalorier man forbr&aelig;nder i l&oslash;bet af en dag, uge eller m&aring;ned, og s&aring; selvf&oslash;lgelig se om man har den &oslash;nsket fremgang. Derfor har jeg ladet mig inspirere af en veninde og investeret i en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polarloop.com\/da\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aktivitetsm&aring;ler fra Polar kaldet Loop<\/a>. Det er super simpelt at man bare skal tilpasse remmen med en saks og f&oslash;lge de tilh&oslash;rende instrukser, forbinde enheden til din USB-indgang og lade den op via din PC eller Mac. Du kan i mens g&aring; ind p&aring; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polarloop.com\/da\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polars website<\/a> og udfylde din personlige profil og downloade app&#8217;en til iPhone og Android. Jeg har et setup med Android via en Sony Xperia, og det fungerer alts&aring; ret godt m&aring; jeg sige. Der var nogle enkelte fiksfakserier, men ikke noget af nogen betydning. Aktivitetsm&aring;leren fungerer selvf&oslash;lgelig bedst over noget tid og selvom jeg er MEGET ut&aring;lmodig med at tracke mine data, s&aring; er det en yderst motiverende investering vil jeg allerede nu sige.
